Why did you choose to come to Penn State? I chose Penn State largely because of the Schreyer Honors College. That combined with Penn State's excellent engineering reputation and amazing school spirit made it an easy choice.

What has been your best memory as an engineering student? I would have to say visiting the Engineering Career Services office. I've been there twice, and both times they were incredibly helpful. Most recently, they were able to secure me an interview with Intel that lead to an internship.

What advice would you give a first-year engineer? Get to know your professors. They are all very knowledgeable and most of them are very friendly. It always helps if the professor knows your name. You can get more help in the class, and maybe even get involved with some research outside of class.

What do you plan to do after graduation? Work work work.

What has been your best experience outside of engineering at Penn State? THON. It is truly extraordinary to see so many college students come together and raise over $10 million in just a year for a great cause. Being a part of that is the best thing I could ask for as a Penn State student.
