The Engineering Career Resources & Employer Relations office is the destination for Penn State engineering students who want to develop their career search skills, present themselves effectively as professionals, and find both short-term (co-op, internship, or research) and permanent full-time job opportunities.
Our staff serve the career development needs of approximately 8,000 undergraduate and graduate students pursuing majors in the College of Engineering, as well as those of students majoring in Materials Science and Engineering (MATSE) or Energy and Mineral Engineering (EME) majors in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences.
