The Engineering Career Resources & Employer Relations office aims to support the career development of Penn State engineering students.

In addition to helping you with your search for short-term and full-time positions, we can also offer you a variety of helpful resources designed to help you make a successful transition to the professional workplace, including:

• Information to help you prepare for your co-op, internship, research, or full-time position, including details about housing arrangements (both at Penn State and at your workplace), financial aid, and how to be successful at work
• Our Professional Development Program, which arranges for interested employer representatives and faculty to provide career-related presentations or technical training to students
