This drop-in event is for junior- and senior-level students majoring in BME, CHE, IE, MATSE, and ME who will be graduating in 2018 or 2019. Recruiters will provide information on the entry-level Manufacturing Leadership Development Program. Applications will be accepted from August 21–October 6 for students graduating in 2018. Personal Financial Management Interactive Seminar—NEW LOCATION

This seminar, sponsored by the Penn State Engineering Alumni Association (PSEAS), will provide information and practical tips to help students manage money both now and after college. Topics include:

  • Strategies for paying off student loans
  • When and how to discuss salary and promotion with an employer
  • Understanding IRAs and 401Ks
  • Managing rent and "big purchases"
  • Saving for retirement

Participants will receive a reference sheet of key terms for personal financial management and business financial standards. There will be a Q&A time with panelists following the seminar. Refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP to attend.
