E SC 501 Solid State Energy Conversion - Solar Cell Devices: Registration

To enroll you need to process the following prerequisite requirements:

Course prerequisite: None

Complete the following forms:

FOR 45 PDH (Professional Development Hours)

	Registration Form for 45 PDH
	Computer Access Form - This form is to be completed only by all NEW students. This form is necessary to get a Penn State computer access ID and password. An ID and password is required to gain access to Penn State computer resources including the Penn State Course Management System - ANGEL.

FOR GRADUATE CREDIT

	Graduate Registration Form - use this form for Graduate Credits
	Computer Access Form - This form is to be completed only by all NEW students. This form is necessary to get a Penn State computer access ID and password. An ID and password is required to gain access to Penn State computer resources including the Penn State Course Management System - ANGEL.

If you choose to register for this course FOR GRADUATE CREDIT, you will need to fill out the registration form and return it to the Program Coordinator, Deb Zimmerman along with payment of $2325.00. There is an annual $127.00 Information Technology Fee. Check with Deb Zimmerman if you have any questions regarding this fee. You may pay by check, credit card, or bursar account.

To receive Graduate Credit for completing this course, you must apply to the Graduate School as a Non-Degree Student. See the Getting Started Page for more details.

	Undergraduate Registration Form - use this form for Undergraduate Credits (OUTSIDE OF PENN STATE)
	Create a Friends of Penn State Computer Account Here are some simple FPS Directions.
	Complete the Undergraduate Nondegree Enrollment Form
	Complete the Computer Access Account Form

IMPORTANT: All forms (Undergraduate Registration Form, Nondegree Enrollment form, and Computer Access Account Form) must be returned to Deb Zimmerman (see address above).
