IE 312 Product Design and Manufacturing Processes

Course Description

Product Design and Manufacturing Processes (3) Theory and principles of mechanical design specification, verification, and manufacturing. Industrial engineering majors may not schedule this course.

This course is designed for Independent Learning with no fixed daily time schedule or meeting location. But it does have weekly homework, lab activities, and exams with scheduled start and end dates.

Prerequisite: E MCH 213, E MCH 210H or E MCH 210 ; Prerequisite or concurrent: E SC 414M or MATSE 259

Kalpakjian, S. and S. Schmid: Prentice Hall, NJ 2001
