IE 424 Process Quality Engineering: Registration

To enroll in IE 424 you should possess the following prerequisite requirement:

Course prerequisite or concurrent:

	Math 141 and
	Math 220

Complete the following form:

	Penn State Students Registration in PSU eLion If you are not a Penn State Student, please call the C&DE office at 1-866-570-7643 to begin your registration process; ask to speak with Deb Zimmerman. Or email her at dlz1@psu.edu
	Proctor Information Form - This form must be completed at least one week prior to the scheduled Mid-term and Final Exams.
	Computer Access Form - This form is to be completed only by all NEW students. This form is necessary to get a Penn State computer access ID and password. An ID and password is required to gain access to Penn State computer resources including the Penn State Course Management System - ANGEL. Please mail the completed Computer Access Form with your completed Registration Form to the address below.

If you choose to register for this course you will need to complete the registration form on-line or call 1-866-570-7643. You will receive a tuition bill from the University Registrar which may include an Information Technology Fee.

The Computer Access Form (if applicable) must be returned to Deb Zimmerman.
