FOR UNDERGRADUATE CREDIT (OUTSIDE OF PENN STATE)

	Undergraduate Registration Form - use this form for Undergraduate Credits (OUTSIDE OF PENN STATE)
	Create a Friends of Penn State Computer Account Here are some simple FPS Directions.
	Complete the Undergraduate Nondegree Enrollment Form
	Complete the Computer Access Account Form

IMPORTANT: All forms (Undergraduate Registration Form, Nondegree Enrollment form, and Computer Access Account Form) must be returned to Deb Zimmerman (see address below).

Make checks payable to Penn State University.

The registration and computer access forms must be returned to Deb Zimmerman.
