ME/NucE 460 Reliability Concepts in Design: Registration

To enroll in ME/NucE 460 you need to possess the following prerequisite requirements:

If you choose to register for this course you will need to fill out and return the registration and permission forms to the Program Coordinator, Deb Zimmerman along with payment of $1795.00 plus an annual $104.00 (once a year) technology fee. You may pay by check, credit card, or bursar account. If you wish to charge the tuition to your bursar account, just write on the bottom of the form CHARGE TO MY STUDENT ACCOUNT. You will need to sign the bottom left block of the form. You must have monies in your student account to cover this charge.

Make checks payable to Penn State University.

The registration and permission form must be returned to Deb Zimmerman and not to the Mitchell Building address shown on the form. These forms will be processed as a group for this course. If you need assistance getting your advisor’s signature, we can help you with that.
