NucE 406 Introduction to Statistical Thermodynamics: Registration

To enroll you need to process the following prerequisite requirements:

Course prerequisite

CHEM 452 or PHYS 237 or NUC E 301

Complete the following form:

	Registration Form
	Computer Access Form - This form is to be completed only by all NEW students. This form is necessary to get a Penn State computer access ID and password. An ID and password is required to gain access to Penn State computer resources including the Penn State Course Management System - ANGEL.

If you choose to register for this course you will need to fill out and return the registration and permission forms to the Program Coordinator, Deb Zimmerman along with payment of $2190.00. There is also an Information Technology Fee of $123.00. Check with Deb Zimmerman if you have any questions regarding this fee. You may pay by check, credit card, or bursar account.

Make checks payable to Penn State University.

The registration form must be returned to Deb Zimmerman.

Registration forms will be processed as a group for this course.
