NucE 420 Radiological Safety: Registration

To enroll in NucE 420 you need to process the following prerequisite requirements:

Course prerequisite

NucE 301 FUNDAMENTALS OF RECTOR PHYSICS ( 4)

or

NuuE 405 (CHEM) NUCLEAR AND RADIOCHEMISTRY ( 3)

Complete the following form:

	Registration Form
	Computer Access Form - This form is to be completed only by all NEW students. This form is necessary to get a Penn State computer access ID and password. An ID and password is required to gain access to Penn State computer resources including the Penn State Course Management System - ANGEL.

If you choose to register for this course you will need to fill out the registration form and return it to the Program Coordinator, Deb Zimmerman along with payment of $2325.00. There is an annual $127.00 Information Technology Fee. Check with Deb Zimmerman to find out when this fee is due. You may pay by check, credit card, or bursar account.

Make checks payable to Penn State University.

The registration form must be returned to Deb Zimmerman.

Registration forms will be processed as a group for this course.
