To enroll in NucE 497C you need to possess the following prerequisite requirements:

If you choose to register for this course you will need to fill out the registration form and return it to the Program Coordinator, Deb Zimmerman along with payment of $650. There is also an Information Technology Fee of $104.00. Check with Deb Zimmerman if you have any questions regarding this fee. You may pay by check or credit card.

Make checks payable to Penn State University.

The Registration Form must be returned to Deb Zimmerman.

Registration forms will be processed as a group for this course.
