NucE 497D Radiation Detection Measurement Lab: Registration

To enroll in NucE 497 you need to possess the following prerequisite requirements:

	Registration Form
	Computer Access Form - This form is to be completed only by all NEW students. This form is necessary to get a Penn State computer access ID and password. An ID and password is required to gain access to Penn State computer resources including the Penn State Course Management System - ANGEL.

If you choose to register for this course you will need to fill out the registration form and return it to the Program Coordinator, Deb Zimmerman along with payment of $775.00 There is also an Information Technology Fee of $127.00. Call Deb Zimmerman at 1-866-570-7643 if you have any questions regarding this fee. You may pay by check or credit card.

Make checks payable to Penn State University.

The Registration Form must be returned to Deb Zimmerman.

Registration forms will be processed as a group for this course.
