NucE 505 Reactor Instrumentation and Control: Registration

To enroll in NucE 505 you need to possess the following prerequisite requirements:

Complete the following form:

	Registration Form
	Computer Access Form - This form is to be completed only by NEW students. This form is necessary to get a Penn State computer access ID and password. An ID and password is required to gain access to Penn State computer resources including the Penn State Course Management System - ANGEL.

If you choose to register for this course you will need to fill out the registration form and return it to the Program Coordinator, Deb Zimmerman along with payment of $1950. There is also an Information Technology Fee of $120.00. Check with Deb Zimmerman if you have any questions regarding this fee. You may pay by check, credit card, or bursar account.

If you wish to receive graduate credit for this course, you must apply to the Graduate School as a non-degree, part-time graduate student.

Make checks payable to Penn State University.

The registration form must be returned to Deb Zimmerman.

Registration forms will be processed as a group for this course.
