To enroll in NucE 597D you need to process the following prerequisite requirements:

If you choose to register for this course you will need to fill out the registration form and return it to the Program Coordinator, Deb Zimmerman along with payment of $1875.00. There is an annual $104.00 Information Technology Fee. Check with Deb Zimmerman to find out when this fee is due. You may pay by check, credit card, or bursar account. If you wish to charge the tuition to your bursar account, just write on the bottom of the form CHARGE TO MY STUDENT ACCOUNT. You will need to sign the bottom left block of the form. You must have monies in your student account to cover this charge.

The registration form must be returned to Deb Zimmerman.
