NucE 597F Introduction to Nuclear Fusion
Course
Description
Energy production
from controlled thermonuclear fusion. Nuclear fusion reactions, plasma
physics, magnetic and inertial confinement, and introductory fusion reactor
technology. Students should have a background in electricity and magnetism,
introductory nuclear structure, and radiation interactions.
