Faculty Services

 

The Engineering Continuing & Distance Education office supports Departments and faculty in the planning, development, implementation and delivery of continuing education programs.  We can help you by:

Planning programs

bullet

Developing budgets

bullet

Assisting with course or program design

bullet

Assisting with course or program implementation and delivery

bullet

Selecting appropriate venues or delivery methods for the content and audience

bullet

Taking system responsibility for all aspects of design, production, and delivery of a continuing or distance education course or program

bullet

Contributing to proposals

bullet

Coordinating with University Outreach and Cooperative Extension

bullet

Assisting with videoconferences 

            - Access to videoconferencing facilities
            - Technical assistance before and during conferences
            - Preparation and formatting of materials
            - Coordination with remote sites

If you would like to discuss your ideas for a continuing education or other outreach program, please contact the Engineering Outreach Office. We are here to work with you and make the process easier for you. We can do as much or as little as you would like.
