Clough, Harbour & Associates LLP (CHA) is a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm headquartered in Albany NY and with over six hundred employees and over twenty regional offices. CHA Erie seeks a new graduate to support its projects with northwest PA clients. Transportation and industrial related projects in disciplines including structures, bridge and highway engineering, foundation engineering, storm water management, construction management and inspection, airport engineering and other topics are being pursued and for which engineering support is needed.

CHA staff effectively work together within our company network and with partnering companies to produce high quality construction and engineering study documents for our clients. New staff is quickly assimilated onto project teams and must work effectively and independently to accomplish project tasks.
