Pine Instrument, a privately held engineering and manufacturing firm in Grove City, PA, is looking to fill the position of Product Support Engineer in its Construction Materials Testing Equipment Division.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support for the company’s products to end-users. Experience troubleshooting equipment and knowledge of testing techniques is required. Familiarity with pavement construction materials and practices are a plus. A BS or Associates Degree in a technology field plus a minimum 5 years experience is required. Leadership, problem solving and analytical reasoning are essential along with strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications including Word, Excel, and database management are necessary.

The Product Support Engineer will provide on-demand technical phone service,
and on-site support in the USA and internationally to meet 24/7 requirements of
customers. Training customers, service personnel and outside service organizations in the proper use and maintenance of products, including the development of troubleshooting guides and other problem resolution techniques are all aspects of this position.
