Important note on the first edition, 2nd printing: Wiley reverted in 2008 to the original 1999 "1st printing" version. This meant that errata fixed after the first printing were lost. Please use the second edition!

The printing # is indicated on the copyright page, at the
bottom. It will say "Printed in the USA". For printing
1 and 2, there are a string of numbers starting with 10 9, 8 etc.
For 1st printing, the number one is there, and for the 2nd printing
the number one is missing. From 2008 to 2010, there were no printing numbers indicated on the inside cover..
