Important Update:
Wiley is now publishing the old "1st printing" version as the
"current" version. This means that many corrections
fixed after the first printing are now "back in print". I
apologize for the number of corrections that will now be needed.

The printing # is indicated on the copyright page, at the
bottom. It will say "Printed in the USA". For printing
1 and 2, there are a string of numbers starting with 10 9, 8 etc.
For 1st printing, the number one is there, and for the 2nd printing
the number one is missing.
For the current version, there are no printing numbers.
