Graduate Profile

There are three steps required to complete an application to the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University. The Civil and Environmental Engineering Department accepts only online applications.

1. Complete the Graduate School On-Line Application

The $45.00 application fee is non-refundable and will not be waived.

2. Complete the College of Engineering Supplemental Graduate Application Form

3. Mail paper copies of the following additional, required information to the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering:

i. Statement of Purpose
ii. Resume (suggested)
iii. Official GRE Report
iv. Official TOEFL Report (if applicable)
v. Three Letters of Recommendation
vi. Two Official Transcripts
vii. Diploma/Degree Certifications (if applicable)
viii. VISA Application (if applicable)
