There are three steps required to complete an application to the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University. The Civil and Environmental Engineering Department accepts only online applications.
1. Complete the Graduate School On-Line Application
Current application fee information is available from the Graduate School.
2. Mail paper copies of the following additional, required information to the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering:
i. Two Official Transcripts (required)
ii. Diploma/Degree Certifications (if applicable)
iii. VISA Application (if applicable)
iv. Resume (suggested)
