Author Information

The proposed papers should not have been submitted for publication or presented in any other meeting, workshop or conference. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. Authors who submit final documents agree that at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference to present the paper.

Abstract Guidelines:
A 500 word (maximum) abstract should be submitted for each proposed paper. The abstract should clearly describe the paper topic and the results of the research or case study. The abstract should include each authors name, address, email, and phone number. Please send the abstract in PDF format to convr@engr.psu.com.

Paper Submission Guidelines:
The papers must be written in English. You should limit the length of your paper to a maximum of 10 pages (Letter 8.5"x11"). A template format document is located at the following LINK. All papers should be submitted via the Easy Chair CONVR 2007 website located at www.easychair.org/CONVR2007/ Please submit the paper in either MS Word or PDF formal. If you have difficulties, please send your paper via email to convr@engr.psu.com.

Copyright Transfer Agreement
The corrosponding author for each paper should complete the Copyright Agreement which is posted in MS Word format at www.engr.psu.edu/convr/CONVR2007_Copyright_Agreement.doc and return it the conference organizers via fax or email.

Presentation Guidelines:
For conference presentations, a computer and data projector will be available for use by conference presenters. All technical paper presentations should be 15 minutes in length with a 5 minute question and answer session following each presentation.
