Airline Information:
The most convenient airport is the State College, Pennsylvania airport (Airport Code: SCE). This airport is only 5 miles from University Park, PA. It is served by Delta, US Air, United and Northwest airlines.
Hotel Information:
The conference hotel is the Nittany Lion Inn. This hotel is located on the campus of The Pennsylvania State University. A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference. Please make your reservations early as the room block may sell out. The conference rate is $105-135/night. Make reservations by calling reservations at +1 (800) 233-7505 or via the reservation website. Go to Reserve Your Stay, then Group Reservations, and enter Group Block Code: ARC1001. Please use the same code as reference if making a reservation over the phone. Requests for reservations received after September 20, 2007 will be accepted at the contracted conference rate, but on an "if available" basis. The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the State College Airport. There is a phone at the luggage pickup area which will allow you to call the Nittany Lion Inn hotel and they will send a shuttle to the airport. You can also call them in advance to arrange a shuttle with your flight information.

Driving from New York City and the East:
Take I-80 W in PA to Exit 161 (Bellefonte). Follow PA 26 S to US 220 S, and take Exit 74 for Innovation Park/Penn State University. Stay in the left lane of the exit and follow the sign for Penn State University. This will become Park Avenue. Travel Park Avenue to the stop light at Allen Street. Turn left on Allen Street and then right on Fischer Road. The Nittany Lion Parking Deck will be on your left followed by the Nittany Lion Inn.
From Philadelphia:
Take the PA Turnpike/I-76 W to Exit 247 (Harrisburg East), and follow signs for the next 15 miles to Route 322 W. Take 322 W past Lewistown toward State College (stay on 322 W towards Philipsburg), and take the Penn State University/Innovation Park Exit. Turn right at the stop light and follow Park Avenue. Travel Park Avenue to the stop light at Allen Street. Turn left on Allen Street and then right on Fischer Road. The Nittany Lion Parking Deck will be on your left followed by the Nittany Lion Inn.
From Pittsburgh:
Take Route 22 E to Duncansville. Merge onto Route 220/I-99 N toward Altoona and go north for 24 miles. Turn right onto US 220 toward State College for 11 miles; merge onto Route 322 E to State College. Exit onto Business Route 322/N. Atherton Street, past a variety of businesses. At the light at Park Avenue, turn left. The Inn is on your right.
From the West:

Other Information:
Attire: The conference attire for all events will be business casual. A suit jacket may be comfortable at events and certainly at night time since it will probably be cool in the evening.
