College of Engineering Surveys and Interfaces to Survey Data
All surveys described on this page are administered online. The midpoint evaluation survey
is administered halfway through the semester to students who are working through the Cooperative
Education and Professional Internship Program and to their supervisors at the employer site; the final
evaluation is administered at the end of the semester.
The Senior Exit Survey and the Alumni Survey provide dynamic content
tailored to individual department needs within the College. The Alumni
survey takes place every other even-numbered year, and the Senior Exit Survey is sent out
at the end of each semester. Use the following links to view samples of
the current surveys. If you would like to add, delete, or modify a
question, submit your request to
eis@engr.psu.edu.
