Time-Management

All college Freshman need to learn time-management if they are going to be successful students. Many Freshman usually have the whole year to gradually develop this year. However, Karen was faced with a time-management issue within the first couple weeks of class. Karen's R.A. had called a mandatory house meeting the same night as her favorite band of all time was playing at the Crowbar. The times slightly overlapped with the concert starting at 8:00pm and lasting all night, and the mandatory house meeting starting at 9:00pm and lasting until 11:00pm. Karen began to weigh the pros and cons of the situation to help her make a decision. This is the only time that her all-time favorite band would be playing in the area this year. However, the R.A. warned that everyone was required to attend the mandatory meeting, or else suffer the consequences. Students would only be excused for an exam or a class.

Karen e-mailed the RA and requested permission to miss the meeting due to another fictitious mandatory meeting and was granted permission. Should Karen go to the concert using the fictitious meeting as an alias?
