Meet the Human Resource Staff 

Mission:  The College of Engineering Human Resources Office strives to maintain and foster a committed and productive workforce. We provide accurate, timely and fair support, advice and management of the Human Resources in the College of Engineering.  Our goal is to deliver quality service in a courteous, dependable and timely manner.  We work with the College Administration to obtain and maintain a diverse faculty and staff. The College of Engineering Human Resources Office serve as a resource to the College providing services such as recruiting, selection, compensation, benefits advice, record keeping, training, employee relations, mediation, promotion and tenure process administration, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and laws, and communication of employment policies, procedures, and practices.

Vision:    To enable the College of Engineering to perform and be recognized as one of the nation’s top 10 Colleges of Engineering by providing the support to the areas to attract, hire, and retain the best and the brightest faculty, staff, and undergraduate/graduate students.
