Staff Review and Development
The Staff Review and Development Plan (SRDP) provides a structured format for staff employees and their supervisors to formally evaluate performance each year. The performance year runs from April 1 through March 31 of each year.
Employees should complete the “Staff Input” section of the SRDP form, indicating personal accomplishments and assessing how well he or she met the expectations outlined in the Development Action Plan from the previous year. The supervisor incorporates this information into his or her written staff review. Following the performance review meeting, employees should complete a Development Action Plan for the upcoming year.
