STATEMENT FROM THE DEAN
The College of Engineering
Administrative Fellows Program Supports the College's commitment to provide
career development opportunities for Engineering staff members. The
Program is intended to give staff members firsthand experience in the management
issues and decisions that are important to the future of the College and
University. Fellows will have the opportunity to broaden their prospective
and experience in higher education administration. Although completion
of an Engineering Administrative Fellowship in no way guarantees promotion
to a higher-level position within the College or the University, it is
intended that persons who complete the Program will have strengthened their
ability to achieve career goals.
