Come out and take a study break and get some good free food. This is also a great chance to meet some of the current IEEE members as well as members from the HKN Honor Society. Any friends that might want to come are more than welcome too. The event will be taking place tomorrow 4/25 from 4:00-6:00 PM in the EE West Quad And for this year, we will have a full PA system playing all of your favorite tunes.

There comes a time in every Man/Women's life where they must prove there worth in a fight to the death armed only with a broom and a ball. That time has come for you to prove yourself. Come out for a fun game of Broomball in our anual tournament. And make sure you join us for the glory. The winner gets to keep the trophy for the whole year so this is a pretty big deal, just saying.
The event is this Saturday April 21st from 6:30-7:30pm at the PSU Ice Rink is this semesters Broomball match between the IEEE and ACM. This will be an intense match-up between two of the best organizations here at Penn State. We could use all the man power we can get on the IEEE team. ACM won't know what hit them.
We will be hosting our next IEEE Astro night on the roof of Davey Lab so we'll cross your fingers for a clear night. Keegan McCoy, our head honcho will be there to answer all those burning questions about the night sky you've been dying to know. And there'll be telescopes set up so you can see these things for you self. Even if you don't like stars, being able to hang out on the roof of a building is pretty cool on its own so you have no excuses not to come.
The event will be held this Friday 4/20 from 8:30-10:30 PM 6th Floor Davey labs. Come on down!
This year we are proud to annouce the return of the coveted internship scholarship for this summer. You must meet the following criteria to qualify: a Student at Pennsylvania State University Park-Main Campus, Freshman or Sophomore, Enrolled in the College of Engineering, Member of the IEEE PSU Student Chapter, Enrolled or planning on enrolling in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. With all that you will get $4,000 for the summer and an incredible internship that will sure lead to a bright future after you graduate.
