Successful Strategies for Assessing Teams
Description: The Leonhard Center will be hosting a series of workshops on teams during the fall semester. The workshops will focus on forming teams, managing team dynamics, and assessing team performance.
The final seminar in the “Strategies for Success with Teams” series will focus on assessing team performance. The interactive seminar, led by Sarah Zappe, will focus on practical suggestions for assessing team performance in the classroom. Information will be provided regarding specific tools and instruments that instructors can use in their classroom.
Lunch will be provided.
