To improve the recruitment and retention of underrepresented minority groups who are:

• African/Black American,
• Latino/Hispanic American, and
• American Indian/Alaskan native

and are pursuing a degree in engineering; to promote student development and engage in activities that will develop prospective students throughout the engineering education pipeline.
