About the Endowment
The NSBE Penn State chapter's endowment fund was spawned from an urge to be
independent financially as an organization so that we could provide scholarships, grants
and fund study abroad experiences for multicultural engineering students as defined by
Multicultural Engineering Program (MEP). The goal for the endowment fund is to first build
it to at least $25,000 so that we can give scholarships, grants, and fund abroad opportunities.
In the next five years it is hoped for the endowment fund to be past the $25,000 milestone.
I also hope that the NSBE Penn State's giving spirit become contagious and that other NSBE
chapter's worldwide begin to give back to their respective student bodies.
Donating to the Endowment
You can also make donations via a check. To do this, make your check payable to
Penn State, and then, put in NSBE Endowement in the memo section. Mail your check to:
