Grad Faculty Approvals . . .


Graduate Faculty Approval Procedures

The following is a breakdown of the approval procedure for applications for membership in the graduate faculty and the appointment of part-time faculty. 

 

Form A (Tenured or Tenure Track) 


  •  Form A  is signed by Department Head and forwarded to Teresa Reed  in the Office of Graduate 
    Studies, Research & Outreach in 101 Hammond Building. 
    ~No supporting documentation is required~

  • Form is reviewed and signed by John Mason, Associate Dean for Graduate Studies, Research & Outreach. 

  • Application is forwarded to the Graduate School for final approval.

  • Applicant is notified of either approval or the request for additional information to complete the 
    application.
Form B (for Adjunct, Affiliate, Part-Time, Fixed Term)

Form B  is signed by Department Head and forwarded to Teresa Reed  in the Office of Graduate
Studies, Research & Outreach in 101 Hammond Building.

The application (along with the supporting documentation) is forwarded to the Graduate Studies and Research 
Committee in the College for review.  

The Form is reviewed and signed by John Mason, Associate Dean for Graduate Studies, Research & Outreach.

The Graduate School notifies the applicant of either approval or the request for additional information.

 

Form C (for Adjunct, Affiliate, Part-Time, Fixed Term)
