Comprehensive International Residential Program for Code Officials

Program Code:  CO1

The Comprehensive International Residential Code for Code Officials program provides an overview of Pennsylvania’s Uniform Construction Code and the general requirements of the International Residential Code. It is designed to provide code officials with a general knowledge of building code administration and enforcing the IRC (plan reviews and inspections). The program is intended to help participants prepare for the IA Residential Exam.  Program participants must have a copy of the 2003 IRC building code.

Program Specifications:

                 Duration:  2 days

  Maximum class size:  40 people

                      Times:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  (day 1)

                                  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  (day 2)                         

    Intended audience:  Code Officials

           Member cost:  $3,400 + $30 per person

   Non-member cost:  $4,400 + $30 per person
