Following up the plenary session on Innovative Community Development, this session will present the first NGBS Level 4 Green land development project in Pennsylvania. Learn about how the NGBS land development principles can be applied within the regulatory and environmental constraints of Pennsylvania.

This panel discussion will focus on the issues involved with local governmental financing, land developers' perspective, HOA ownership, the different ways that an authority might be structured including regional stormwater authorities and how they can be used to meet stormwater needs.
