PennSCAPEs
One of the resources for the "Guidelines for Residential Site Improvement" is PennSCAPEs (Pennsylvania Strategies, Codes And People Environments). Created by a multidisciplinary team in 2003. PennSCAPEs is a policy and empowerment tool to assist communities in learning about the interrelationships between land use, transportation, and physical activity, and to expose them to new state enabling legislation that encourages compact, traditional neighborhood design and development.
