Individual Lot Preparation: Considerations for Residential Construction

This program is primarily intended for builders and will provide an overview of multiple factors that affect the decision of how to place a house on a lot and prepare a lot for construction. Proper layout and preparation of a building site will not only result in a better finished appearance, but will help eliminate potential maintenance problems and save money in the process. This program will give an overview of multiple issues to consider when preparing a site. Setting a house on a given lot requires balancing the lot conditions, the goals of the project, and any applicable government regulations. This webinar will discuss:
