Program Description: Effective November 19, 2010, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has updated Title 25, Chapter 102 regulations related to erosion and sediment control and post-construction stormwater management. This webinar will address the key changes related to land development activities including:
·         new requirements for erosions & sediment control plans
·         municipal coordination of permits with DEP and the conservation district
·         permit fees
·         obligations of the licensed professional
·         riparian buffers and forested riparian buffers
