The PHRC held its 11^th Annual Pennsylvania Housing Conference in Harrisburg, PA in March.  The program registration was limited to 125 participants and was filled to capacity. The program consisted of four primary sections:  The implementation of the UCC; The Liability Storm: Changes in Residential Liability and Reduced Insurance Coverage; Flashing Details that Work; and PA’s New Stormwater Management Policy.
