Mentor Program - The mentor program pairs incoming freshman and transfer students with SWE upperclassmen.  This allows the transition to be much easier and helps to get the new students more involved.  We need both mentors and interested students.  Committee members will plan group activities.

Outreach Design Competition - This committee will be responsible for planning the design competition between high schools in the Centre County region.  Committee members are needed to decide on a project, contact schools, and help to make sure the students are staying on track with their project.   

*Spring Stayover - This committee will be responsible for the high school stayover.  High school students will be paired with a member who will be their hostess.  Committee members are needed to pair students with SWE members, provide the high school students with information, and plan activities for the students.

Commonwealth - The commonwealth committee is designed to help involve the students at commonwealth campuses with SWE.  The committee will be involved with the Commonwealth Stayover and University Day tailgate. If you are a member of SWE and went to a Commonwealth Campus this committee would love to hear your input and ideas on how to make a smooth transition to University Park.

The committees with the * are devoted to organizing an one-time event, so they will be very active around the time of the event. The committees with the F means they only are in the fall, while a S means they are only in the spring.
