Engineering Mail Server ITS (CAC) Mail Server 1. Call the Engineering and Computer Services Help Line to Request that E-Mail not be forwarded to ITS (CAC). Contact Jerry Ciolkosz at 3-3856 or e-mail him at gvc@engr.psu.edu or contact Joe Lanager at 3-4541 or e-mail him at jlanag@engr.psu.edu.

2. After forwarding is turned off, visit http://www.work.psu.edu to forward your e-mail to the Engineering's mail server. Click on the 'Change your e-mail forwarding address' link and then enter userid@engr.psu.edu in the 'Deliver email to:' text box.

2 Accounts (ITS but wish to get an Engr. Account) Want to use the Engineering E-Mail Server for VOIP Voice Mail Messages AND use ITS (CAC) E-Mail Server for all other E-Mail Messages?

No

    1. If a new Engineering e-mail account is needed, a form would be completed and your department's technical contact would submit the form to the ECS network staff.

2. If No Forwarding is set, you'll need to set multiple accounts (for Engr. & ITS) in your Email Program (MS Outlook or Eudora). See your technical contact to configure multiple e-mail accounts.

1 Account (Currently using ITS but wish to get an Engr. Account for e-mail and voicemail) You Do Not have an Engineering E-Mail Account?

    1. If a new Engineering e-mail account is needed, a form would be completed and your department's technical contact would submit the form to the ECS network staff.

2. Once you are given an Engineering e-mail account, visit http://www.work.psu.edu to forward your E-Mail to the College of Engineering's Mail Server. Click on the 'Change your e-mail forwarding address' link and then enter userid@engr.psu.edu in the 'Deliver email to:' text box.
