Benefits

In addition to tuition and fees, Weiss scholars will receive an annual stipend of at least $16,000. Fellowships are awarded to students for their first year of course work and may be renewed for year four (the dissertation year).

During these two years, the fellow will be free of other responsibilities, but will be required to attend the scheduled lectures and meetings. During the intervening years, participants will hold graduate assistantships in their home departments.
