Travel Grants

The WEP Travel Grant
Fund is part of the WEP Graduate Project and was established to
encourage and support the research activities of women in the
College of Engineering. Travel grant awards typically receive
matching funds from the recipient's department, college or
research unit. WEP travel grant awards are $250-$350.

Recipients also
provide a short report on the conference or meeting (see
below).

The Graduate
Project is supported by WEP, the Office of Graduate Studies
and Research, and was originated under Penn State ECSEL, an
NSF Funded coalition.

WEP Travel
grants are available to Penn State College of Engineering
faculty, graduate and undergraduate students and staff.

To apply for WEP Travel
Grants, submit a travel grant form with supporting materials to the
WEP Office, 208 Hammond Building, University Park, PA 16802, or by
email to
WEP.
