What some past Participants had to say...
"When I walk into a room of WEP women, I sense
an ambiance of success and intelligence. It is a
contagious presence. I want to absorb all the
advice and information they have to offer so I can be
just as successful and knowledgeable as they are." --

"The WEPO Career Dinner convinced me that I
definitely want to pursue engineering as a major.
Listening to the speakers and talking to students who
had done co-ops helped me realize the large number of
opportunities available for women engineers."

"The difference that my connections from WEPO
Wednesdays made in my engineering experience is
incredible. The informational programs helped me

engineering student. The practical knowledge I
gained is priceless." -- Elise Baker,

"My mom always says the fee for WEPO was the best $100 she
ever spent! Over the years, WEPO has been a support
group for me, from meeting friends that I still keep in
contact with, to forming study groups and enhancing my
networking skills." -- Stephanie Geibel, WEPO '02
Participant, '04 and '05 Mentor, '06 Lead Rover

"My favorite part of WEPO was that my mentor seemed to
know everything. I talked to her about her co-op
experiences and classes. I felt like I could ask
her anything, and this was very helpful and comforting."
-- Kelly Snyder, WEPO '04 Participant, '05 Rover,
'06 Mentor
