·         Acted as a construction inspector on two phases of the Interstate 99 project in the State College – Bellefonte Area.  My primary responsibility included earth-moving operations to establish designed elevations, grades, and roadway curvature.  A secondary responsibility was the testing and placement of concrete using a slip form paving technique.
