Welcome to my CPEP Website Version 3.1! This site is devoted to studying the Charles Commons project being completed for Johns Hopkins University. Please visit the Progress Log section to monitor my progress on JHUCC. During my Senior Thesis project, I have focused on the Construction Management issues such as Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM), which is available in the Research section. In addition, I have redesigned the first floors of partially post-tensioned slabs to alternative systems and analyzed mechanical ductwork to minimize coordination issues, which can be found in the Final Report section.
