Guests are served full hot breakfast each morning from the buffet area next to the dining room, that has an adjoining full kitchen. A specialty food service design firm, Cromwell Consulting was contracted for their expertise in the design of this area. The following types of equipment are among those that will be installed: waffle makers, juice & coffee machines, freezers, refrigerators, an ice machine, a range, multiple sinks, and the necessary work spaces for preparation.
