Reflection

AE 481W & AE 482 Thesis Course Reflection:

The Pennsylvania State University AE senior thesis was a very rewarding experience. I was able to apply my conceptual and design knowledge to an actual project based experience. External knowledge of information that was not conveyed in a class setting was researched and helped expand my architectural engineering experience. The AE senior thesis proves to be a beneficial endeavor that replicates the professional architectural engineering industry to promote educational and relational growth.

CPEP Reflection:

The CPEP was a very useful technology to organize and submit information for the Senior Capstone Project. This source of project submission and display, despite the minimal printing of reports, helps in reducing paper waste and cost requirements from turning in reports and assignments. Another benefit of the CPEP is the ability to relay thorough research project information with industry professionals, faculty, family, and friends. This permits a long-lasting reflection of proud in-depth efforts from a year-long study!
