ASHRAE Standard 62.1 & ASHRAE Standard 90.1 Evaluations

* This report contains an evaluation of the New San Bernardino Courthouse minimum ventilation and energy efficiency requirements using ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2007 & ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2007.

* ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2007 is the standard for providing ventilation for acceptable indoor air quality

* ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2007 is the standard providing minimum energy efficiency requirements for the building envelope, HVAC systems, and light and power systems.

Building & Plant Energy Analysis

* This report contains an energy and emission analysis of the New San Bernardino Courthouse.

* Trane Trace Software was used to perform load and energy analysis.

* The source pollution data was gathered from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory emission factors.

Mechanical Systems Existing Conditions Evaluation

* This report contains a discussion of the Initial Conditions for the Mechanical System.

* The result of the past two technical assignments are analyzed.

* An overall system critique was given in order to potentially  show areas of improvement.
