This report analyzes the building being constructed and the scope of work. It includes information on the project schedule, the building systems, the project cost, the existing conditions site plans, the client information, the project delivery system, and the staffing plan.

Technical Assignment II

This report analyzes the key features of the project that affect the project execution. It includes a detailed project schedule, a detailed structural systems estimate and MEP assemblies estimate, site layout planning, a general conditions estimate, constructability challenges, and a building information modeling use evaluation.

Technical Assignment III

This report is the alternative methods analysis that investigates areas of the project that are good candidates for research, alternative methods, value engineering, and schedule compression. It includes schedule acceleration scenarios, value engineering topics, critical industry issues, feedback from the PACE roundtable, and problem identification for the technical analysis options.
